Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Stockton-on-Tees, Cipher Medical Consultancy Limited has built a strong reputation as a specialist provider of pre-hospital healthcare services, ambulance support, patient transport, event medical cover, specialist training and clinical staffing services across the United Kingdom.
Through its commitment to quality and innovation, the business has established long-standing relationships with NHS organisation, private healthcare providers and industrial clients.
The acquisition
The acquisition forms part of HTGROUP’s continued expansion within the UK healthcare market and represents a significant milestone in Cipher’s growth journey.
The transaction further strengthens HTGROUP’s presence across the United Kingdom, whilst providing Cipher with access to additional scale, resources and strategic opportunities as part of a larger international group.
John Barker, Director and Solicitor at JMB Corporate Law, led the legal aspects of the transaction on behalf of the shareholders.
